GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General

  1. These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) shall be the official source of reference for any complication/dispute related to the use of Casinoways.com, our service or Software. All Games played on Casinoways.com are duly subject to the rules as specified in these T&Cs. You are responsible for reading these T&Cs carefully and make sure you understand them. Should you not agree with these T&Cs, you should refrain from using the Website any further.
  2. Casinoways.com operated by Sefiarray B.V., a company registered in Curacao, having company registration number: 155219 and registered office at Fransche Bloemweg 4, Willemstad, Curacao and by Dumelita Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus and having its registered address at Agias Marinas 51, Agia Marinouda, 8240 Paphos, Cyprus. Sefiarray B.V. is a wholly owned subsidiary of  Dumelita Ltd, whereby the latter provides management, payment and support services related to the operation of the website. Sefiarray  B.V. is operating under the following license, issued by Antillephone #8048/JAZ.
  3. SEFIARRAY B.V. is here referred to as “Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” and the Player and registered User shall be referred to as “You”, “Yours”, “End user”, “Account holder” or “the Player”, as and where appropriate.
  4. We reserve the rights to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  5. Terms & Conditions are in effect as soon as they are published on this page but will never retroactively affect the bonus promotions. However, it is the Player’s responsibility to check the Bonus Terms & Conditions regularly and prior to claiming any bonuses and/or placing any bets.
  6. Should there be any discrepancy between the T&Cs in the English language version and the version in any other language, the English version will supersede.


2. My Account

  1. By creating an account with us, you agree to provide precise and up-to-date information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your complete legal name, accurate date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and a personal telephone number. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information. Furthermore, you agree to promptly inform us of any changes to the provided information. Failure to do so may result in severe Breach of Agreement
  2. To be able to play real money games, an account must be opened. If you are registering or depositing using any form of electronic verification, you authorize us to receive your personal details from such third-party systems and, on the basis of that information, to create Your Player Account.
  3. The minimum age for opening an account is 18-years old.
  4. Players residing in the countries that are not available in the registration page cannot register an account and play.
  5. We reserve the right to prohibit persons from any jurisdiction from opening an Account with us.
  6. It is the players sole responsibility to make sure that they comply with laws of their country and gamble legally to abide with local regulations.
  7. No employees, executives, managers, directors, consultants, agents, affiliated companies, providers or sellers of the Company, or anyone else having access to inside information, can participate in any of the Games during their term of employment and/or engagement.
  8. Only one account per person is allowed (one name, one account, one IP address). Using multiple accounts is strictly forbidden and in such instances all accounts will be closed immediately.
  9. If multiple players wish to play on Casinoways.com from a shared computer environment (dormitories, fraternities etc.), we strongly suggest they all contact our support before making multiple accounts to avoid unnecessary security procedures.
  10. An account on which no activity has been recorded for at least 12 months will be considered inactive.
  11. We reserve the right to apply an account management fee of 10 EUR (or equivalent of 10 EUR if other account currency) per month, to any inactive credit account. In this case, said charges will be deducted from the active cash balance until the account is active again and / or until the active balance is zero.
  12. Once the balance is zero, no more inactivity fees will be applied by the Company.
  13. Players have the possibility to recover the remaining funds on their inactive accounts by logging into their personal account and making a withdrawal request.
  14. In the case of blocked and / or excluded accounts, players must contact customer support to recover these dormant funds.
  15. Account Opening: Any account opened by the user is specific to the brand or service for which it is created and does not extend to any sister sites or affiliated entities operated by the platform. The user acknowledges and agrees that each account is independent and solely associated with the brand under which it is opened. Opening an account on one brand's platform does not grant access to or establish accounts on any sister sites or affiliated entities unless explicitly stated by the platform. The user understands that any actions or privileges associated with the account are limited to the brand specified and do not carry over to other brands or entities operated by the platform.
  16. Account Closure: Any closure or termination of an account, whether initiated by the user or by the platform, shall only affect the specific brand or account associated with that closure. Closure of an account shall not impact the operation or standing of any other accounts or brands associated with the user. The user acknowledges and agrees that each account operates independently within the platform's ecosystem, and any actions taken regarding one account will not extend to others unless explicitly stated. Additionally, the user understands that opening a new account on any sister sites operated by the platform will not be affected by the closure of the current account. The user also acknowledges that any self-exclusion or Time out periods requested or imposed on one account do not automatically extend to accounts on other brands or sister sites.


3. Account Verification

  1. All accounts need to be verified for age, fraud prevention, payment processing, promotion restrictions, account closure, etc.
  2. In order for the account to be verified, the Player may need submit copies of all the following personal documents:

    - Copy of a personal identification document (ID, driver’s license, or passport.
    - Copy of a utility bill (gas, electric, water, landline phone – must not be older than 3 months) with name and address as registered in the Player's Casinoways.com account.
  3. We reserve the right to request for verification of the payment method used and additional documents when required.
  4. Documents can be submitted through our AI verification tool on our cashier when logged into your player account. If account verification is required it will notify you via the cashier and instruct you through the process.
  5. Identity verification of a customer is triggered upon the customer reaches the amount of two thousand euros (€2000) in deposits or accumulated withdrawals, whether such threshold was reached in a single transaction or a series of transactions within a rolling period of 180 days. We may also carry out these verification procedures even in case of lower deposits or in case of any withdrawals.
  6. A player who deposits or plays with us logging in with Electronic ID, instead of using other site-specific login credentials, authorizes us to collect the necessary identification information through Electronic ID and to create a player Account on his/her behalf.


4. Deposits

  1. If you wish to place real money bets on Casinoways.com, we require you to make a minimum deposit, which you can then use to place bets. Deposits to your Account may be made through various payment providers that may change from time to time. Procedures, terms, charges and other conditions vary between payment providers. You may only deposit into your Account through the Casinoways.com Site.
  2. You may only use your own personal credit/debit card or other payment method to fund your Account. The name appearing on the credit cards or registered on the payment accounts used for deposits or pay-outs must correspond to the name registered on your Account.
  3. The use of corporate cards or business accounts are prohibited on the site.
  4. Deposited funds are available on the Account within a reasonable amount of time following the confirmation of the deposit made.
  5. For security reasons, we reserve the right to request proof of payments to the Account at any time.
  6. We do not grant any credit for the use of its services. Furthermore, no interest may be charged  should there be a delay in the processing of funds as part of routine withdrawal processes, and we shall in no way be responsible for delays by third party processors of such funds, including but not limited to banks and payment service providers.
  7. You may not use funds that originate from any illegal activity or source or that is tainted or associated with any illegality or ill-gotten means.


5. Withdrawals

  1. You may at any time request a payout from the existing balance of your Account. Provided that all payment requests have been confirmed and all amounts deposited verified, and all other terms and conditions have been met.
  2. Withdrawals will be processed to your bank account or other withdrawal methods available to you to choose from under the "Withdrawal" pages. Whenever possible, withdrawals will be paid by using the same payment method you have utilized to make your deposits.
  3. Withdrawals may only be made to an account registered to the owner of the Account and must have the same name and address as in our records.
  4. It will not be possible to withdraw funds marked as "Bonus money", as well as funds stuck in an aborted game.
  5. The minimum withdrawal is €20. Any withdrawal of an amount lower than €20 will be rejected.
  6. In order for us to process your withdrawal, you are required to have completed a successful deposit to your account at least once. Casinoways.com reserves the right to reject any withdrawal requests to an account without a deposit.
  7. Withdrawal requests via Bank Transfer will be limited to a minimum of €100 per withdrawal request. Any request lower than this amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to the Player's balance. A player may then place a new withdrawal request in line with this limit.
  8. Although we cannot be held liable for the length of time to process payments, we do aim to process withdrawal requests within 1-3 business days after verification of the requested documents.
  9. We reserve the right to decline a withdrawal request if verification has not been completed in full. This verification includes verification of your identity, age and location, and phone number. Verification may include requesting a copy of your identification document, utility bill, etc. In addition, we further reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to demand a notarized ID or any equivalent certified ID according to the applicable law of your jurisdiction.
  10. We may cancel any of your withdrawal requests, void any winnings and reserve the right to close your Account with immediate effect where upon reasonable suspicion that you have committed, or have assisted someone else to commit, any fraud or breach of these Terms and Conditions or other illegal act. We reserve the right not to refund to you any balance on your Account at the time of termination.
  11. We may charge assigned fees for processing withdrawals and this shall be clearly stated when you perform a withdrawal request.
  12. You may withdraw the maximum amount of €15,000 per month, €6,000 per week and no more than €2,000 per day, except for progressive jackpot wins where no limitation will apply. VIP players can be entitled for higher withdrawal levels if agreed.
  13. If you win €100,000 or more and request a withdrawal, we reserve the right to divide the payout into ten installments, paid as 10 percent every month for the next coming 10 months until the full amount is paid out. You will not get any interest on outstanding amounts and you shall not treat us as a financial institution.
  14. All deposits which are not connected to a bonus promotion must be wagered at least one (1) time before the withdrawal can be made to prevent money laundering. At the same time, if any fraud or money laundering is suspected, Casinoways.com reserves the right to forfeit all funds on the player's account and close the account without any prior notification.


6. Restricted Player Groups

7. Anti-Money Laundering and Funding of Terrorism Due Diligence

  1. We are subject to anti-money laundering and funding of terrorism laws and we must in this regard perform required due diligence on customers for security reasons.
  2. The information provided to us for the purposes of our due diligence obligations shall be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  3. Player hereby acknowledges that we shall use the information obtained from him/her for our due diligence obligations to conduct public searches and perform checks in order to verify the information provided to us.
  4. Whilst we are carrying out our due diligence measures, players may be allowed to continue using his/her account. However, players will not be allowed to affect any withdrawals from such an account until our verification procedures are completed.
  5. Where we are unable to conclude our due diligence obligations because we have not received the required information from the Player or we are otherwise unable to verify his/her identity, no activity may be undertaken from the account and the account will be blocked and/or terminated. In such an event, we shall return any Deposit Funds present on the account at the time of blocking and/or termination except where it is necessary for us to delay or withhold payment of all or some of the Player’s funds to comply with our legal obligations.
  6. We reserve the right to ask for any additional information and documentation to fulfill our due diligence obligations, and any communication for the provision of information/documentation is not to be deemed as being the final communication in this regard.
  7. If we become aware or suspect that the information provided by the Player is materially false, we shall cancel the registration and take any other steps that may be required by us under law. We will not pay out any winnings in such circumstances.


8. Responsible Gaming

  1. We endorse responsible gaming and gambling. We want you to enjoy your experience on our site, while remaining aware of the social and financial harms associated with problem gambling.
  2. We offer the opportunity to apply limits to your account at any time. If a limit is set up and reached, you will be unable to continue to play or access your account beyond the relevant limit. You may at your discretion choose to limit:

    - Self exclusion: allows you to block yourself out of Casinoways.com for a period of time.
    - You may choose to implement Daily, Weekly or Monthly limits

However, you accept that we have no responsibility or liability whatsoever if you continue gambling before your request has been implemented or you seek to use the Website and we fail to recognize or determine that.
  6. You acknowledge that exclusion and limits are set per account, and should you have accounts on more than one site owned by us, you must set the limits on each account.

  8. Any account closure is valid for 6 months and for Casinoways.com only and it doesn’t include any other sites operated by us.
  9. All restrictions shall immediately become effective after our Support Team has handled the request.

  1. We hereby warrant to adopt adequate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of our systems and the integrity of data transmitted on our Website. You hereby warrant to take reasonable measures to ensure the security of your systems and the integrity of data transmitted to us.

The Player hereby acknowledge that the personal data shall be processed by the licensee or by any other person, company or firm associated in any manner or otherwise engaged by the licensee to provide services to it in order for us be able to provide the services to the Player as laid down in these Terms and Conditions.
  3. We shall process players’ personal data in line with the Privacy Policy on this website. We shall comply and shall enter into contractual arrangements with associated persons, companies or firms and any other person, company or firm engaged by it to provide services to it and which is processing personal data on its behalf, to ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations in relation to the handling and processing of such personal data.

10. Complaints

  2. Complaints are handled by our support team and escalated in the organization if required. Players shall be informed about the state of the complaint to a reasonable level.

11. SMS & Email

  1. SMS and email messages are only available to the members of Casinoways.com. These are sent automatically by certain systems or in conjunction with campaigns.
  2. In the event that information or text in messages sent by email, SMS or other forms is incorrect, the information that may be found on the Website or in the Terms & Conditions, or in the rules stated by Casinoways.com for the campaign in question, prevails.
  3. Casinoways.com does not accept and takes no responsibility whatsoever if there is any error in the content of the messages or if a member would not receive text message(s).
  4. Some messages are only sent to a certain group of members. In this case, the offer only applies to the group determined by Casinoways.com.
  5. Some offers are only available for those members who have fulfilled the requirements set by Casinoways.com for the specific offer/promotion.


12. Limitation of Liability

13. Breach of Agreement

  1. If you breach any provision of these T&Cs, or should we have a reasonable ground to suspect that you have breached them, we reserve the right to not open, to suspend, or to close your Account, or withhold the payment of your winnings and apply such funds on account for any damages due by you.
  2. You acknowledge that Sefiarray B.V. shall be the final decision-maker of whether you have violated the Company’s rules, policies and/or terms or conditions, in a manner that results in the suspension or permanent barring from participation in our Website(s).
  3. We will not be liable to you for any breach of these T&Cs which arises because of any circumstances that we cannot reasonably expect to control.1. 


14. Bonus Policy

  1. Unless otherwise stated, a promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion offered at Casinoways.com.
  2. Unless otherwise stated, the wagering requirement for all Bonuses are 35 times the deposit and bonus amount. Deposit amount can be withdrawn at any time, however bonus and bonus wins will be forfeited. For example, if the Player makes a deposit of 100 EUR and activates 100 EUR in bonus money, a total of 200 EUR will be your new balance and non withdrawable until you play through the bonus requirement or cancel your bonus. If the player wins 800 EUR, you will now have 1000 EUR in total balance. If the player would cancel the bonus before the wagering requirements are met, 50% of account balance will be forfeited and leave 500 EUR available to withdraw. Note, the forfeit percentage is based on how much of the funds activated are bonus money versus real money. In another example where your balance is zero and you are credited with bonus money, 100% of the bonus + any winnings will be forfeited if the bonus is cancelled.
  3. Unless otherwise stated, any Karma bonus has a winnings withdrawal cap of 100X. This means if you are rewarded €20 Karma then the most you could win and withdraw from this Karma is €2000.
  4. Only players with Active accounts are eligible for promotional offers and prizes. If a player’s account is Suspended or Closed during the promo period, for any reason, their promo entry will be forfeited.
  5. Bets are played with a 50/50 allocation of both real and bonus money, wins as a result from such a bet will be paid out proportionally in real and bonus money.
  6. The maximum amount that can be converted from any Bonus or Bonus winnings unless specifically otherwise stated, is €10,000. This applies to funds that have been generated wholly or partly by the winnings from a playable bonus balance.
  7. Unless otherwise stated, non funded accounts may win and withdraw a maximum of €100 from bonuses, free spins or loyalty points. Any funds in excess of this amount will be nullified and any withdrawal will be processed only after the account is funded with a minimum deposit of €20.
  8. All shop free spins and no deposit free spins bonuses have a maximum withdrawal of winnings of €100 unless explicitly otherwise stated. All funds in excess of €100 will be removed when wagering is complete. Any further winnings from converted funds are also subject to the €100 cap on withdrawals. Any funds exceeding €100 will be removed when a withdrawal is requested. These bonuses are not connected to deposits and any deposits made prior to or post bonus will not alter this withdrawal cap. This amount is cumulative and does not reset for each freespin campaign.
  9. Unless otherwise stated, all unused Bonuses and Free Spins expire 7 days after being credited. Upon requesting a withdrawal any active bonuses will be forfeited. This includes but is not limited to active Bonuses, Bonus Prizes and Prize Wheel spins.

  11. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses cannot be used on, contribute to, or win any progressive jackpot. In the unlikely event of this happening all bets/wins will be voided.
  12. Wagering Contributions: Unless otherwise stated, contributions to meet wagering requirements for bonuses apply as follows:
  13. Wagers in bonus funds on Slots/Arcade/Scratch Card games count 100% towards wagering requirements, i.e. for every €1 you wager on slots or arcade games, €1 goes towards wagering requirements being met.
  14. Wagers in bonus funds on Table/Card and Live Casino games count 10% towards wagering requirements, i.e. for every €1 you wager on table/Card or Live casino games, €0.10 goes towards wagering requirements being met.
  15. Roulette bets on both Black and Red and any opposite betting pattern do not count towards Bonus wagering requirements.
  16. Slot bets on the ‘Gamble’ feature do not count towards Bonus wagering requirements.
  17. Live Casino Free Bets are playable amounts that can have a 1x to 50x wagering requirement and the maximum that can be converted to Real Funds from winnings derived from Free Bets is 10x the Free Bet Value.
  18. Free Spins do not contribute towards the progressive jackpot totals.
  19. Progressive Jackpots can be played and won across a number of slots where a % of the player’s wager contributes to either a single or group of jackpots.
  20. We reserve the right to add or remove games that contribute to a specific jackpot pool. When a game is discontinued the same jackpot can be won via the other slots that contribute to the same pot. This ensures that players who previously contribute to a specific jackpot through their wagers continue to have a chance to win any of the jackpots they contributed towards.
  21. Progressive Jackpots cannot be won using Free Spins. In the unlikely event of this happening the win will be voided.
  22. Unless otherwise stated, all Free Spins Winnings will be added to your Bonus Balance and have a wagering requirement of 35x.
  23. Unless otherwise stated, the maximum withdrawable amount from any converted wins from Free Spins is €100.
  24. Wagering on restricted games prior to the fulfilment of the wagering requirements may result in winnings/game play declared Null & Void. The following restricted games can be found on Term #8 above.
  25. The maximum total bet allowed when using a bonus is €5 per spin or €0.5 per bet line when playing slots.
  26. You are not allowed to place bets of 25% or more of your total balance on a single game round. Players exceeding this limit could potentially have their bonus and winnings applicable to the bonus removed.
  27. If you request a withdrawal prior to having reached the minimum wagering requirements, your bonus and bonus winnings will be declared null and void.
  28. Members that have a history of only or mainly playing during promotional hours will either not be considered for any bonus or, if they receive it unintentionally or otherwise, could have their bonuses. denied, withheld or retracted even after conversion.
  29. Any attempts to manipulate or abuse any promotion will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate exclusion from current and future promotions.
  30. Any accounts that are identified to be linked to an account already claiming a promotion will not be eligible and any bonuses credited to both accounts will be withdrawn.
  31. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a promotion with or without prior notice due to reasons outside our control.
  32. Casinoways operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse, taking unfair advantage of offers and/or any other suspicious activity, and we reserve the right to block and remove bonuses and/or associated winnings from accounts that we suspect are involved in such activities or behaviors. Examples of such activities or behaviors are outlined but not limited to the clause below.
  33. All offers/promotions are designed to give players more entertainment and should always be played in a fair manner, with respect for our terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms or indication of manipulation of our systems/ bonus wallet/games will result in removal of funds from the account and removal from future offers, ultimately ending in possible closure of the account and blocking from any other sites associated with us.
  34. Examples of promotional abuse and/or irregular play (otherwise known as promotional play restrictions):

    - Where any terms of the offer or promotion are breached as per the terms of use including the general promotional terms and conditions and/or any other applicable promotional terms and conditions associated with the offer.

    - Where there is evidence of a series of wagers placed by a customer or group of customers (e.g. Using a strategy that has been identified across multiple accounts to take advantage of an offer or loophole), which due to a promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, we reserve the right to confiscate or void the winnings.

    - Using “Delayed winnings” tactics to manipulate promotional terms and gain an unfair advantage. For example, while playing a game, a "bonus/free spin" feature is initiated with bonus or cash funds, then the player exits out of the “free spin” or “bonus” feature bonus by closing the game and moving to another game. The player then returns to the original game to complete the “bonus/free spin” feature at a later time in circumstances after the original bonus money has been forfeited, lost or wagering met and then converted to cash.

    - “Pending Outcome Bets” leaving large bets on a table pending an outcome or an action, for example on blackjack, and then returning at a later time in different circumstances such as after the bonus money has been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash to complete the bet to manipulate the promotion for an advantage.

    - “State game abuse” where the use of bonus or cash funds are used to progress through the bonus stages/collectable features (for example, collecting 9 out of 10 symbols to reach that bonus feature) and then returning to the final stages (for example, playing to collect the final symbol to reach 10 out of 10 symbols to reach the bonus feature) to return the associated winnings with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. These games include but are not limited to those listed above on Term #8.

    - “Bonus Wallet Hierarchy” any customers playing on table games with the intention to abuse the Bonus Wallet Hierarchy (as defined above) and exploit the system and promotions in a way they were not originally intended, may have their winnings forfeited and account closed.

    - “Collusion” where customers try to cheat the system to unfairly take advantage of promotions or other customers by adopting gaming betting patterns which are contrary to fair play and such customers may have their winnings forfeited and accounts closed.
  35. If a player is identified to be breaching bonus terms following an internal investigation, they may be prevented from taking promotions/bonuses in future. This includes but is not limited to on site offers, targeted offers and any new player offers. This decision will be made by Casinoways.com team and is final.
  36. Casinoways.com reserves the right to prohibit or exclude certain individuals, groups or regions from the promotions and close the account with immediate effect.
  37. Casinoways.com reserves the right to withhold any bonus payment if it believes that the promotion has been abused and/or where the terms of the offer are not fulfilled, or any irregular wagering patterns are found.
  38. Casinoways.com reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time, without prior notice. The decision of the Casinoways.com team is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  39. Casinoways.com reserves the right to at any given time exclude a specific payment method that is used in conjunction with any welcome bonuses or promotions.
  40. Casinoways.com bonus offers can only be used once per unique user identifier such as but not limited to: IP address, funding instrument (credit card, e-wallet, etc..) device or household.

15. Governing Law

  1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Curacao.
  2. The parties agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Curacao.
